What type of files do you accept?
We accept any type of file format. For example, TIFF, PSD, EPS, GIF, PNG, or JPG. You can send us any file you feel comfortable with.
What will be the final format of the images?
The final photo format is up to you. Just let us know your choice. We are prepared to provide you with any type of file (JPG, PNG, etc.).
Is there any size limit?
Fortunately, there is no size limit. We can deliver photos at your preferred image size.
Can I provide a customized size ratio for resizing?
Of course, you can. We welcome your personalized size ratio for resizing. Just send us your requirements that we need for resizing.
How long it will take to complete my order?
Usually, we can handle 5000 images in a day. So the deadline of our services depends on the number of images & their complexity.
What will happen if I’m not happy with a completed image?
You can enjoy unlimited revisions in our company. We can continue to serve you until you are satisfied. The charge is only applicable when you feel happy with our service.
What is your working time?
You can enjoy our services 24/7. We allow you to send files and contact us anytime.
What is the minimum order requirement?
No minimum order policy. You are free to order any amount of photos.
Can I make payment weekly or monthly?
Yes, you can pay us on a monthly or weekly basis. After the order is completed, we will accept payment.
Do you guarantee the safety and security of my images?
Of course, we offer 100% safety and security of your ordered images. Your privacy is never disclosed to any 3rd parties. Depending on the client’s agreement, our back-us system can last anywhere from 30 to 180 days.
How can I pay you?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, WesternUnion, Transferwise, and bank wire transfers.
Can I apply for trial work?
Of course, you can apply for trail work. If you are new client, then you can check our service up to 3 images.
How can I send and receive my images?
You can send pictures to us via FTP, Dropbox, and WeTransfer. Similarly, you can receive edited photos through WeTransfer, Dropbox and FTP.

Fortunately there’s no limit on numbers of file you can upload at a time. You can upload as many files as needed, up to 1TB, via FTP or Dropbox.
What are your turnaround times?
Delivery time depends on image quantity and complexity. We can process up to 3,000 images within 24 hours.
